Brooklyn Museum First Saturdays feature free admission to the galleries, music, art workshops for children and adults alike and events in the auditorium. This March 2017 event featured women musicians and bands including Buscabulla with Raquel Berrios and Luis Alfredo del Valle, Charlotte Dos Santos and Saxaphonist Lakecia Benjamin and a general focus on female artist's contributions and work in the museum including Georgia O'Keefe
